Many years ago our family decided it was time to add a dog to our
life. After extensive research and several more years I decided that if
we were going to have a dog that I would buy the best that I could
find with the goal of showing and eventually breeding my own. My
search led me to Kathy Tomerlin (Boldheart) and her daughter
Yvonne Dourghtey (A Kings Castle). I am so grateful that they sent
us our first dog Abby. She has been a fantastic dog for our family,
and has really started my breeding/showing program off to a super
start.
Our philosophy is to produce litters when we want to keep a puppy
ourselves. Puppies are a lot of work!! We love raising them and
really take pride in the job we do. Each puppy is extensively
socialized, handled multiple times a day, and receives age
appropriate shots and worming. We strive for 100% satisfaction and
offer a 26 month health guarantee on all puppies sold.
Because we are concerned with the health of the breed as a whole
we only breed dogs who have hips/eyes cleared and genetic testing
done. We strive for outstanding temperaments, excellent type,
quality conformation, and sound genetics.
